https://apis.google.com/js/plusone.jsAs a Catholic and Christian I’ve always believed that the Bible teaches us the value of taking care of our physical bodies as well as our souls.  Faith and physical health are related and that is why I have incorporated Christianity into this website.

Author and dietitian Dr. Norma DeVault describes in a lot more detail how the Bible teaches us how a daily commitment to health choices and God’s faithfulness can transform our health in her book, “Morning by morning Pathway to Health.”She uses scripture to support the healthy choices that we need to make in buy to take care of our bodies.  DeVault describes this pathway to health with the acronym “NATURE’S OWN.”  Which stands for, nutrition, attitude, toxin removal, undoing the wrong, rest and sleep, exercise, sunshine, oxygen, water, and again nutrition. Our bodies are a gift from God and it is our responsibility to take care of everything that He has given us.  “Morning by morning Pathway to Health,” confirms everything that I have already believed to be true about how the Bible, Christianity and our physical health are related. You can purchase this book at Amazon.com or at your local book store.
