Recently I teamed up with The American Heart association in their #RiseAboveHF campaign.  Every minute one person in the united states is diagnosed with heart failure.  Heart disease is also the leading cause of death for women in the United States.  The American Heart association is encouraging Americans to share a “heartie,” on social media and pledging a “change of heart,” to make healthier choices.

My #ChangeofHeart is to eat much more fruit and veggies. What is yours?
